  • A website (being called "The Pirate Bay of 3D printing") has been launched where visitors can get copyright-free blueprints for 3D printable objects. Crypto-anarchist Cody Wilson, who is spearheading the project, previously founded Defense Distributed, which focussed on providing blueprints for printing gun parts. 
  • An openly gay member of the Tea Party is considering challenging Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) in the 2014 primary. 
  • Black smoke billowed from the Sistine Chapel on the second day of the papal conclave. The cardinals have two more voting sessions left today. 
  • U.S. intelligence officials have said that cyber-attacks are a greater threat to national security than Al Qaeda. 
  • The Dutch government has raised its terrorism alert level. Officials say that Dutch citizens who have left to fight in Syria could return radicalized. 
  • Google is to pay a $7 million fine as part of a privacy settlement over its Street View program.
