Baylen Linnekin on Fighting Back Against California's Foie Gras Ban

This past Sunday saw the beginning of statewide enforcement of California's controversial attempt to ban foie gras. Yet as Baylen Linnekin of Keep Food Legal reports, the law is so vague and was so poorly written that it will be impossible to enforce. Moreover, Linnekin notes, foie gras producers and sellers are now fighting back in court against this unconstitutional attempt to restrict their food freedom.
