John Harmon has sued the Hamilton County, Ohio, sheriff's office after deputies Tasered him seven times and beat him after they stopped him for driving erratically. Harmon is a diabetic who was suffering from low blood sugar. The beating was stopped by a state trooper who later reported the deputies for using excessive force. Four deputies were later suspended with pay for between two and 10 days, but all are still employed with the department.
