When Las Vegas contractor Charlie Mitchener found his office had been broken into, he called the police. And when an officer arrived, he informed her that he had a concealed weapons permit and showed it and his driver's license to her. Big mistake. The officer handcuffed Mitchener, seized his gun and locked it in her patrol car, all before actually searching his office to make sure the burglar wasn't still there.
