Here's Your Astroturf

For 14 years, Jose Escobedo struggled to make the grass grow at his East Dallas, Texas, home. Finally, he had his front yard covered with artificial turf. It's now one of the best-looking yards in the neighborhood, but that doesn't impress local code enforcement officials. They say the turf doesn't fit in the historic neighborhood, and the Landmark Commission has ordered him to remove it.
