The RIAA clearly wants to intimidate file-traders with the announcement that the head of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms will soon head the record industry's anti-piracy effort. Bradley A. Buckles is a 30-year ATF vet and has been director since 1999.
