Oh, to be a voter in the Indian state of Meghalaya! The ballots in this week's elections there included candidates named Frankenstein and Hitler, Churchill and Chamberlain, Rockfeller and Ulysses. The latter was endorsed by his four sisters, named England, New Zealand, Finland, and Switzerland.

The reporter adds, "The names are also part of a culture where laughter is considered important."
