Brickbat: To Observe, not Report

A police officer in Miami, Florida has been suspended pending an investigation into an incident in which she sat in her patrol car while numerous bikers assaulted a man in front of her. Video shows the bikers not only beating the man but jumping on the hood and roof of his car and breaking his windshield, during which time the officer never left her car.

Chick cops. How many times do I have to say it. They. CAN. NOT. do the job.
I'm not going to apologize for the Truth.
What she do? Wait for the MAN cops to show up.
Also, let's have a talk about this
herd of rabid chimpsgroup of bicyclists. Are you kidding me right now? You won't even point that out, you gimp coward Kendi-slut, Chaz? No, we're not going to have that talk? You're just going to keep giving the black youth a pass? Because, what... you hold them to a lesser standard or something? You punk racist.
I'll take "I'll address your points" for $1000, Ken.
1) Lone officer vs that many black men - it's always better to stay in the car, man or woman. Unless the officer is willing to get out with a weapon drawn and a willingness to shoot as many of them as is required to make them stop, better to stay put and catch as many of them on camera as possible for later prosecution.
2) Those black men know they are protected by "Black Privilege" so, they know that cop won't get out and start blasting them for fear of getting blasted by the media (even in Florida). Plus, they are on bicycles so, they know the cop can only catch one of them, if she's lucky, and she'll probably just get a beat down even then.
It sucks for the guy who got the beating but, it's his own fault for not having a gun with extra mags with him. I doubt the bicyclists would have stuck around once he showed them he was strapped. Better to have to explain yourself at the station than to end up in hospital or the morgue. He'd still get a beating from the press but, it's Florida so, maybe it wouldn't be as bad as it would be in a blue state.

My Retarded Simp-to-English dictionary translates "address your points" as "make excuses for something I know less than nothing about."
You did see where it was less than one full magazine full of suspects, right (especially for LEOs likely carrying pistol, rifle, and shotgun with extra ammo)? Where another officer intervened, right? You do realize that later prosecutions still require later apprehensions, right? That there are other solutions between "(Someone) Shoot(s) everyone dead." and "Do nothing.", right? That if someone is generally so retarded as to simp for a group of black dudes and a female seat warmer despite the facts being right in front of them on the internet, even attempted prosecution (of anyone who happens to be apprehended) likely/possibly doesn't fix the issue(s), right?
Goddamn. This post is about as retarded in an even more insidiously evil fashion as "trunk bears!" Doubly so given that AT is one of the ones usually derided for simping for cops who actually were doing their jobs.
Suspended? That's not very D, E or I.
Uh...bicyclists are not "bikers".
Yeah, I was imagining Hell's Angels, not the BMX Brigade.
Yeah, I would expect Jr. High AV club "journalists" to distinguish between "bikers" and "cyclists".
Once again, sending a woman to do a man's job ends badly.
The video, $0.77 on the dollar seems about right. The one female sits in the car the whole time. The other female actually does rush in to get people off the suspect. The male who is two steps on her heels actually appears to tackle someone and induce the "flight" part of the "fight or flight" response in the group.
Friday night, Morales told 7News that he will share the results of this investigation once it concludes.
At which time, it will be announced that the officer followed procedure, and nothing else will happen.
IF we had a 'shoot on sight' ruling for these incidents....
What does Florida or Miami law have to say? I know federal law says, police have no duty to protect. In the aftermath of Broward Co Police and Stoneman shooting, did anything change in state?
