Brickbat: Teaching the Test

Toronto Police Service Supt. Stacy Clarke has pleaded guilty to seven counts of professional misconduct, including breach of confidence, discreditable conduct, and insubordination. Clarke, the department's first black female superintendent, provided questions and answers to a sergeant's exam to six black constables before they took the exam. At a tribunal hearing, her attorney said she was frustrated at how long it was taking to diversify the department and claimed she was trying to fight systemic racism. The prosecution asked that she be demoted to staff sergeant for at least two years before being allowed to reapply to become superintendent, with no guarantee of regaining the job. Her attorney is asking that she be demoted to inspector for up to 18 months and then automatically reinstated as superintendent.

Great observation AT. You can't have "equity" (defined as the state or quality of being fair) and cheating at the same time. Further, helping your kind cheat, is racism, and let's mention such actions are a stain on one's race, bringing it down instead of up, and showing it's an inferior race by engaging in cheating. Stacy Clark admitted she was "frustrated at how long it was taking to diversify the department" while a black woman headed it.
Worst of all, what kind of example is she setting for the police who are supposed to follow the law? It's a message they are above the law. The Democrats need to demand she is defunded, especially since it was a police force run by Democratic politicians for decades that killed Floyd.
I dream of a day when skin color will be all that matters, and racism comes flowing down like a mighty river!
Oh, wait, that day is already here!
If he were alive today, Martin Luther King would be so happy to see that we’ve finally reached a world where a man is not judged by the content of his character, but by the color of his skin. That’s what he had hoped for…something like that, I think.
Good to see a woke enclave like Toronto giving a slap on the wrist to a law enforcement officer violating ethics and trust.

'Clarke, the department's first black female superintendent, provided questions and answers to a sergeant's exam to six black constables before they took the exam.'
That's how you equity right there.
'At a tribunal hearing, her attorney said she was frustrated at how long it was taking to diversify the department and claimed she was trying to fight systemic racism.'
Systemic racism: imposing white slavery on oppressed POCs by making them take a test.
'The prosecution asked that she be demoted to staff sergeant for at least two years before being allowed to reapply to become superintendent, with no guarantee of regaining the job. Her attorney is asking that she be demoted to inspector for up to 18 months and then automatically reinstated as superintendent.'
How many reflexive Canadian "sorry" chants did she get?
In the major city nearest me, written tests for police recruits were eliminated as part of a desperate effort to comply with a consent decree requiring them to hire more Black officers. For several years they hired NO new officers because they weren't allowed to hire any more whites.
More equity!
Remember, Defund the Police is the Democratic politicians' response and diversion from the responsibility they have of how they hired and trained all the allegedly systemically racist cops. It's an absurd response, but apparently absurd enough and repeated enough by the MSM and politicians, that people believed it.
The diversion of responsibility from the Democrats who managed Derek Chauvin, to "systemic racism" and Trump was successful. But we the people are now collateral damage from lack of police doing the job they're supposed to do. The Democrats also called themselves racists by claiming "systemic racism" exists (by definition, if it's systemic they have it).
At least her INTENTIONS were collectivist!
Another example of why you can’t have chicks in charge.
I guess telling them to study was too much.
Studying is white supremacy.
They kept turning up late to the exams because punctuality is racist, I imagine.
...she was trying to fight systemic racism.
NOT GUILTY BY REASON OF GOOD INTENTIONS
BUT DID SHE APOLOGIZE?!
