City officials don't seem to have any sympathy for Silva's plight...
Apparently Silva doesn't have any sympathy for the bureaucrats. THE CITY NEEDS HIS MONEY.
Convoleacence is no defense for such a hienous crime.
Only in California is the property owner in on the hook for a third-party criminal act.
I suspect that there are other places.
Don't paint it black, just take it down.
Then the graffiti would be on his house.
Call it an “art installation”.
Just tell them it's for trans visibility or palestine or to fight climate whatever. The bureaucrats will immediately shut up and let him do whatever he wants without question.
