Waters slammed a suspect's head against a plexiglass window during an arrest at a convenience store. Waters did not turn his bodycam on and lied about the incident in his report. But everything was captured by the store's security camera.

Let's be honest, he's not facing 8 years in prison. It's going to be like the case in Indianapolis. An IMPD officer handcuffed an underaged high-school student and beat the crap out of him. He was tried and convicted by a jury of felony assault charges. The judge sentenced him to probation with a promise that if he successfully completed his probation the judge would commute the conviction to a misdemeanor so that he could go back to being a cop. Just like the mob, the blue mafia take care of their own...
