Joe Biden Gives Asylum Seekers a Kinder, Gentler GTFO

Plus: Facebook joins the fight against Section 230, court says no right to bear arms outside home, and more...

Mainstream news outlets have been falling all over themselves to explain why the Biden administration turning away asylum seekers and warehousing thousands of migrant children with little more than shared mats and mylar blankets is actually not at all like Trump's cruel policies.

The Biden administration is taking some steps to correct the worst of Trump administration policies, including trying to reunite migrant families torn apart by family separation policies. That's commendable. So too, is a refusal to immediately turn away unaccompanied migrant children at the border.

But while not repeating the very worst cruelties of Trumpian immigration policy, the Biden administration continues to make a mess of things like the treatment of would-be refugees and detained unaccompanied migrant children.

"At the U.S. border, asylum seekers fleeing violence are told to come back later," chirped The Washington Post in 2018. The previous year, it reported, "U.S. border officials are illegally turning away asylum seekers, critics say." Both articles (and many more like them) took a critical look at the Trump administration's asylum policies.

But now that it's President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris turning away Central American immigrants, they're merely "seeking to stem the flow of migrants at the U.S.-Mexico border" and "grappl[ing] with an influx of asylum seekers."

In a scant two-paragraph article titled "Harris to be point person for Biden administration in stemming flow of migrants at the border," the Post follows up an incredibly neutral lead about the Biden-Harris administration turning away immigrants from El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras, with this non-sequitur paragraph:

Later Wednesday, Biden marked Equal Pay Day with Megan Rapinoe, Margaret Purce and other U.S. soccer stars in which he credited them for leading the fight to erase the gender pay gap. Meanwhile, the Senate confirmed Rachel Levine as assistant secretary of health, making her the first openly transgender, Senate-confirmed federal official in U.S. history.

The short piece perfectly illustrates the crux of Biden-Harris policy so far: social justice spectacle covering for lack of real change.

While "the Biden administration has moved swiftly to distance itself from Trump-era immigration policies," a Trump administration order "allowing officials to continue to turn away thousands of migrants" remains in effect, pointed out CNN in late February. "The reliance on the order that permits officials to swiftly expel migrants underscores the challenges facing the administration along the US southern border, where arrests of families and children continue to rise."

The passive voice is notable—arrests just "continue to rise," what can be done? No blame assigned. No agency acknowledged. But Biden—who has issued scores of executive orders since taking office—is choosing not to act on this one. His Department of Justice is even fighting for the Trump-era order in court. Meanwhile,

…recent arrivals to the border continue to be kicked back to Mexico or their origin country just as they were under Trump. In January, more than 62,000 people who crossed the southwest border were expelled, a number that has been relatively consistent for the past several months, according to the latest figures from Customs and Border Protection.

February 2021 saw 70,183 expulsions at the Southern border, up from 60,595 in December 2020 and 62,531 in January, according to Customs and Border Protection (CBP).

This "unprecedented application of Title 42 against asylum-seekers" was something that "immigrant rights proponents hoped that Biden would immediately retire…He didn't," notes The Intercept.

Still, most people traveling in families were initially let in. They were held for a few days by Border Patrol and then often taken to church-affiliated shelters where they could call family members already in the U.S. From there, they went to bus stations and airports, especially in far South Texas cities like McAllen and Brownsville. They got tickets and started their trips into America.

But as more families started coming, the administration backtracked:

Border Patrol stations were too crowded with families, the government said. Shelters in South Texas were overwhelmed. On March 8, an overflow plan was announced: Beginning that day, families seeking asylum would be flown west to El Paso, where they would be taken in by Annunciation House, a venerable Catholic organization with multiple shelters that has long offered respite to refugees.

Instead, many of these families were put on planes back to Mexico, The Intercept reports.

And while unaccompanied minors have been let in, many are still being kept in deplorable conditions.

On Wednesday, media were allowed access to facilities holding migrant children for the first time since Biden took office. CBP also released photos of the facilities earlier this week—and headlines about "kids in cages" have been noticeably absent this time.

US Customs and Border Protection

"Because of [the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services'] extremely limited capacity, unaccompanied children are now backlogged in overcrowded Border Patrol stations, reaching a record high of 5,200 children in custody last week, with hundreds held past the three-day legal limit," NBC News reported yesterday. Transition officials blame early inaction from Biden and his team.

"The Border Patrol detained more than 11,000 unaccompanied migrant children between February 28 and March 20," CNN reports:

As of Sunday, there were 822 children held in Border Patrol facilities, akin to jail-like conditions, for more than 10 days, according to documents obtained by CNN. The average time in custody for unaccompanied children continues to hover around 130 hours, exceeding the 72-hour legal limit.

US Customs and Border Protection

Yesterday, the Pentagon approved detention housing for the kids at Texas military bases, but it could be a while before it's ready:

At Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, children will stay in a vacant dormitory, and at Fort Bliss, temporary housing will be constructed on an empty plot of land, Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said in a statement.

HHS will have access to the locations "immediately" to prepare to receive the children and the agency "will maintain custody and responsibility for the well-being and support for these children at all times on the installation," Kirby said.

Another bad ruling for Second Amendment rights was handed down yesterday. Reason's Jacob Sullum explains:

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit today held that the Second Amendment does not guarantee a right to openly carry firearms for self-defense. Combined with a 2016 decision involving concealed firearms, the ruling means that the Second Amendment does not extend beyond the home for residents of the 9th Circuit, which includes Alaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.

According to the majority opinion by Judge Jay Bybee, history shows that legal restrictions on carrying unconcealed firearms, including virtual bans like Hawaii's, are the sort of "longstanding prohibitions" that the Supreme Court has suggested the Second Amendment allows. The four dissenters think history shows nothing of the sort.

    https://legalinsurrection.com/2021/03/former-fed-prosecutor-launches-campaign-to-force-every-business-in-america-to-take-anti-trump-purity-pledge/

A former federal prosecutor has launched a campaign to press American businesses to openly reject the core assertion that former President Donald Trump and many in his party continue to make, that the 2020 election was somehow illegitimate.

“The 2020 presidential election was free and fair, and produced accurate, reliable results,” reads the explanation behind the “Democracy Pledge” that Glenn Kirschner hopes to put before “every company in the country” in the coming months. “Those who sought to undermine or otherwise refused to acknowledge these results, share responsibility for the civil unrest after the election, culminating in violence at the United States Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.”

The pledge includes a declaration of “valuing, affirming and supporting democracy,” and of affirming “that the election of Joseph R. Biden and Kamala Harris was free, fair and legitimate.”

The final piece asks companies to “not support, donate to or endorse politicians, political campaigns or political action committees that promoted false conspiracy theories surrounding the 2020 presidential elections (or otherwise acted in ways contrary to a representative democracy).”

“What we’re trying to do is force companies’ hands so they can’t be agnostic,” Kirschner said.

SEC Eyes Forcing Companies To Disclose Data On ‘Social’ Issues, Sparking ‘Politicization’ Concerns
      https://www.dailywire.com/news/sec-eyes-forcing-companies-to-disclose-data-on-social-issues-sparking-politicization-concerns

The push will not end with climate change, Lee pledged. “In the near term,” the SEC’s efforts should include initiatives such as encouraging companies to report workforce and board diversity, she said.

Republican SEC Commissioner Hester Peirce warned that the environmental and social categories are both “quite unclear,” and may be “driven by people who want to know the information for other reasons.”

“A lot of the push for new disclosures is being driven by factors other than what normally drives our disclosure requirements, which is, what is material to a reasonable investor,” she told The Daily Wire.

“A lot of people who have concerns about a whole range of issues, social issues or climate issues or whatever, they’re looking at the SEC as the tool to work on those policies,” Pierce said. “It does run the risk of causing the SEC to engage in mission creep, and that’s really problematic, because our core mission is a really important one, and we don’t want to be pulled away from that.”

Congress Escalates Pressure on Tech Giants to Censor More, Threatening the First Amendment
In their zeal for control over online speech, House Democrats are getting closer and closer to the constitutional line, if they have not already crossed it.

House Democrats have made no secret of their ultimate goal with this hearing: to exert control over the content on these online platforms. “Industry self-regulation has failed,” they said, and therefore “we must begin the work of changing incentives driving social media companies to allow and even promote misinformation and disinformation.” In other words, they intend to use state power to influence and coerce these companies to change which content they do and do not allow to be published.

Like I warned repeatedly for years, the lunacy of the far-left on college campuses wasn't going to remain there for long. People stupidly assumed that the most spoiled-ass generation in American history wasn't going to continue having their baby feelings coddled once they got into the workforce, even though the people running these places were their parents and created this social environment to begin with. Look where we're at now.

You can't reason with people like this, because no one has ever disciplined them and forced them to deal with not getting their way. The only thing that will get through to them at this point is blunt, naked force--look what happens when they bring their protests into red-voting areas. They get their ass kicked, often literally, and don't return.

Facebook and Twitter must do more to fight anti-vaccine misinformation, a dozen state attorneys general demand
The attorneys general sent a letter asking the companies to take stronger measures to ensure falsehoods on social media don’t hamper efforts to distribute the vaccine
        https://www.washingtonpost.com/technology/2021/03/24/facebook-twitter-attorney-generals/

A coalition of 12 state attorneys general on Wednesday sent a letter to Facebook and Twitter, pressing them to do more to ensure online falsehoods aren’t undermining efforts to vaccinate the public against covid-19.

Connecticut Attorney General William Tong (D) and 11 other Democratic state attorneys general called Facebook chief executive Mark Zuckerberg and Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey to “take immediate steps” to fully enforce their policies against vaccine misinformation.

The attorneys general say the companies have not cracked down hard enough on prominent anti-vaccine accounts that repeatedly violate the companies’ terms of service. They also say that falsehoods about the safety of coronavirus vaccines from a small pool of individuals has reached over 59 million followers on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Twitter, citing data from the Center for Countering Digital Hate, which studies online misinformation and disinformation.

They sent the letter the day before Zuckerberg, Dorsey, and Alphabet and Google CEO Sundar Pichai are expected to testify in front of the House Energy and Commerce Committee.

          https://news.slashdot.org/story/21/03/24/1521251/us-media-offering-a-different-picture-of-covid-19-from-science-journals-or-international-media-study-finds#comments

Bruce Sacerdote, an economics professor at Dartmouth College, noticed something last year about the Covid-19 television coverage that he was watching on CNN and PBS. It almost always seemed negative, regardless of what was he seeing in the data or hearing from scientists he knew. When Covid cases were rising in the U.S., the news coverage emphasized the increase. When cases were falling, the coverage instead focused on those places where cases were rising. And when vaccine research began showing positive results, the coverage downplayed it, as far as Sacerdote could tell. But he was not sure whether his perception was correct.

To check, he began working with two other researchers, building a database of Covid coverage from every major network, CNN, Fox News, Politico, The New York Times and hundreds of other sources, in the U.S. and overseas. The researchers then analyzed it with a social-science technique that classifies language as positive, neutral or negative. The results showed that Sacerdote's instinct had been right -- and not just because the pandemic has been mostly a grim story. The coverage by U.S. publications with a national audience has been much more negative than coverage by any other source that the researchers analyzed, including scientific journals, major international publications and regional U.S. media. "The most well-read U.S. media are outliers in terms of their negativity," Molly Cook, a co-author of the study, told me. About 87 percent of Covid coverage in national U.S. media last year was negative. The share was 51 percent in international media, 53 percent in U.S. regional media and 64 percent in scientific journals. Notably, the coverage was negative in both U.S. media outlets with liberal audiences (like MSNBC) and those with conservative audiences (like Fox News).

          1. Red Rocks White Privilege   4 years ago

The news media was working with the Democrats to get Trump out of office, and emphasizing negative COVID stories was the main way they accomplished that.

Anyone with common sense could see they were doing this, but it's nice to have the actual data to confirm it.

California government screeners have so far rejected 18.3% of all the signatures on the Newsom recall petition. They've rejected 266,637 signatures as invalid, but the final tally should still be more than enough to move the recall forward as they've reviewed about 1.5 million of the 2.5 million signatures submitted and 1.5 million valid signatures are required.

Meanwhile, recall that In 2020, 15.4 million ballots were cast by mail in California and only 86,401 votes were thrown out as invalid for a variety of reasons, including arriving too late, lacking a signature, or not matching the signature recorded for the voter in question, meaning 99.4 percent of all mailed-in ballots were ruled valid.

That rate is well higher than the experience in other places and the historic records of absentee ballot spoilage that runs around 1.5% to 3% (see Ballotpedia: Election_results,_2020:_Analysis_of_rejected_ballots#Analysis_of_rejected_absentee.2Fmail-in_ballots.2C_2016-2020)

It seems a fair question to wonder whether the powers-that-be are using the same standards for scrutiny for both of these efforts?

It's interesting how some of the key states had huge swings, especially since many of them were using wide-spread mail-in voting for the first time due to pandemic...Georgia had a 6.4% rejection rate of absentee ballots in 2016 presidential election, but only 0.4% in 2020. Kentucky had 5.6% rejection rate in 2016, but only 0.2% in 2020. Oregon's numbers have not come out yet for 2020, but they had 0.9% in 2016, and somehow only 0.01% in 2018 mid-terms. New York had 5.7% in 2016, 13.7% in 2018 mid-terms, but no data provided yet for 2020.

On the other hand, there are health risks involved with neutering, especially when this surgery is performed on dogs who haven't reached physical maturity (1-2 years of age). The AVMA (American Veterinary Medical Association) informs that this procedure "can result in increased risk of health problems such as incontinence and some types of cancer."

Other health risks that have been linked to studies targeting certain breeds where premature castration--and the consequent elimination of the vital hormone, testosterone - include:

three Black Lives Matter protesters who were charged with placing a “slinky” barricade on a train track as they left a protest at Compton City Hall in November. The barricade was removed by Sheriff’s deputies just 15 seconds before a light rail train sped through the crossing and likely would have caused it to derail. Doyle refused to dismiss the case himself because he believed it was a viable prosecution, complete with surveillance video and confessions. Gascón then sent one of his enforcers to dismiss the case in Doyle’s stead, issued a letter of discipline to Doyle, then essentially demoted him.

Democrats’ Operative Got Secret Internet Connection at Wisconsin Election Center, Emails Show
    https://www.dailysignal.com/2021/03/23/democrats-operative-got-secret-internet-connection-at-wisconsin-election-center-emails-show/

A veteran Democratic operative intricately involved in Green Bay’s November election was given access to “hidden” identifiers for the internet network at the hotel convention center where ballots were counted, according to emails obtained by Wisconsin Spotlight.

Green Bay city officials insist the presidential election was “administered exclusively by city staff.” But the emails show that Michael Spitzer-Rubenstein, Wisconsin state lead for the National Vote at Home Institute, had a troubling amount of contact with election administration Nov. 4.

“I’ll have my team create two separate SSID’s for you,” Trent Jameson, director of event technology at Green Bay’s Hyatt Regency and KI Convention Center, where the city’s Central Count was located on Election Day, wrote to Spitzer-Rubenstein.

SSID stands for Service Set Identifier. It’s an internet network’s name. Open up the list of Wi-Fi networks on your laptop or phone, and the list of SSIDs will pop up. Wireless router or access points broadcast SSIDs so nearby devices can find and display any available networks.

Hiding the identifier keeps the network name from being publicly broadcast. The identifier won’t immediately pop up in the display, although the network name remains available for use.

“One SSID will be hidden and it’s: 2020vote. There will be no password or splash page for this one and it should only be used for the sensitive machines that need to be connected to the internet,” Jameson wrote in his Oct. 27 email to Spitzer-Rubenstein.

  31. Ken Shultz   4 years ago

"And while unaccompanied minors have been let in, many are still being kept in deplorable conditions."

It should be noted that while the level of minors is higher than usual, historically, they're much smaller than was the case at the worst of the migrant crisis under President Trump. Under Trump, some 80% of the asylum seekers were children or adults traveling with their children, and it's a fraction of that right now. We're mostly looking at single people coming to look for work now that the economy is recovering.

Still, before DACA, circa 2012, there were less than 1,000 asylum seekers per year from El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras combined, and very few of them were children. We had more than enough in the way of facilities to handle what few children there were. At the height of the crisis under Trump, post DACA, however, there were more than 100,000 asylum seekers a month, and with the overwhelming majority of them being children, there's no way we could properly care for them all. That Biden has the same problem is no surprise, and the cause is no mystery.

Over recent days, especially, we've seen some great examples in comments to support the hypothesis that being progressive requires a certain amount of ignorance and stupidity. Surely, there's a certain amount of ignorance and stupidity required to ignore the fact that promising not to deport any children creates an incentive for people to send their children. That incentive will remain in place so long as DACA remains in place, and to pretend otherwise, regardless of how you feel about immigration, is just plain stupid.

    1. Mickey Rat   4 years ago

Denial that perverse incentives exist is central to progressivism, for them to believe what they believe.

But if voting requirements are so stringent that even legitimate voters are not permitted to cast a vote, then the result of the election does not represent the authentic will of the voters, and that's also bad.

So there must be a tradeoff. "Easy to vote and hard to cheat" sums it up pretty nicely. But you need both. The state shouldn't focus all of its attention on making it harder and harder to cheat. It should also devote resources to make it easy to vote, in secure manners of course.

Georgia House set to pass sweeping bill that would restrict voting access

    https://www.cnn.com/2021/03/25/politics/georgia-state-house-voting-bill-passage/index.html

If states like Georgia want to make it harder to vote in ways other than in person, then they need to devote resources to make the in-person voting process easier while still making it as secure as they think is most appropriate.

But making it harder to vote absentee, while not making it any easier to vote in person, really is just trying to limit voting in general.

It's not hard to vote in person jeff. Why do you say dishonest bullshit? You register online, you go to the poll, maybe you stand in line. Then you present an ID and get a ballot and vote. There is nothing unreasonable about this process. I don't even have a car and I voted at the booth. It was good weather for a walk.

          1. chemjeff radical individualist   4 years ago

If states are going to make it harder to vote in manners other than in-person voting, then those states should then anticipate that there will be more people voting in person. So they should devote resources to accommodate that extra demand in in-person voting. People should not have to wait in long lines to vote. People shouldn't have to decide between voting and going to work, or taking care of one's family. So make the process of voting as easy as possible, while still making it secure.

"Easy to vote and hard to cheat" has two parts to it, not just one.

            1. JesseAz   4 years ago

You do know that the state passes on the execution of in person voting to city/county entities right? That it is the local politicians deciding on which sites right? Weirdly it is always the deep blue areas having the most issues based on the decisions of those local politicians.

I do like you blaming the state though, must have been the first republican you found in the chain.

Oh, baloney. The state of Georgia has notoriously long, inconvenient lines at its polling places. There is absolutely nothing stopping the state legislature from providing financial assistance to counties to help with elections, if money is the problem.

(It isn’t. Georgia is creating the long lines on purpose.)

Financial assistance to induce more volunteers sounds more crooked than Lombard Street

Every place I know is required to give you time off work to vote.

There are only so many voting precinct volunteers so sometimes there may be a line. Waiting in line is not a difficulty. Boring and tedious, yes.

Difficult is running down the ramp of an LVT with MGs in bunkers shooting at you.

Baloney. In California, for example, there has never been a problem with lack of polling place volunteers or long lines like the ones seen In Georgia.

          you’re an idiot jeff.

btw, I've already said my stance. Allow ballot drop offs for 3 weeks at multiple offices, require them to show an ID.

            1. chemjeff radical individualist   4 years ago

And when I say "painless", I mean that local boards of election, local registrars, etc., should take it upon themselves to try to get as many people ID'ed as possible. They should be going door-to-door if they have to, verifying voters' identities and handing them laminated ID cards on the spot. It's the state that should bear the vast majority of the burden for people getting ID's, and the individual shouldn't have to do much at all, except provide the appropriate documentation. No taking time off of work to have to wait in line at some DMV to get ID, no hassle, no muss, no fuss.

All of those activities that you mention are entirely optional, and not implicated with a constitutional right.

It is a stealth poll tax, if the burden to obtain the ID is too high.

If a state said "In order to vote, voters must pay a $50 tax", that would be an illegal poll tax.

But if a state said "In order to vote, voters must obtain a state-issued ID, which costs $50 each", that would be just a poll tax in disguise.

So, if a state is going to require voters to have ID, the burden on the citizen for obtaining the ID should be next to zero.

Well of course there are those who oppose voter ID's for dishonest partisan reasons, because they think it will help their team win more elections. Just like there are those who support voter ID's for dishonest partisan reasons, because they think it will help THEIR team win more elections.

If there is going to be voter ID's, then the burden on the citizen for obtaining an ID should be next to zero. That means that NOT ONLY should it be free, but the amount of time that the citizen has to spend obtaining the idea should be minimal as well. It should be easy and hassle-free. Personally I think that local boards of election should go door-to-door if necessary to get people their ID's. They should bend over backwards to make sure every eligible voter has a valid ID. The burden for getting ID's should be overwhelmingly on the state to provide those ID's, and not on the citizen. Agreed?

A thing must have value, and your method causes people to assign little to no value to their vote. You have a right to vote, and to some extent, access should be widespread, but your ideas are past “too far” into “ridiculous nanny stateism”.

Well I have to go now, so I will let you have the last word.

A right ceases to be a right when the burdens for exercising that right become too high. The whole point of a government in the first place is to protect our rights, and that includes the right to vote. So I would demand that the government try to lower the burdens associated with the right to vote as much as possible. Forget patronizing bullshit about "people must value their rights". Even if they don't value their vote as much as you think they ought to value it, they are still entitled to have their vote counted, and they shouldn't be forced to wait in long long lines (that is a type of burden), they shouldn't be forced to endure onerous processes to obtain an ID to vote (that is also a type of burden), and forcing people to go through burdens in order to vote doesn't make people value their vote any more, it only makes them resentful, and it absolutely lends legitimacy to claims of voter suppression if it goes too far.

And if there are not more resources devoted to accommodating all those new in-person voters, then the effort is simply about making it more difficult to vote overall.

The "anti-vaxxer" bullshit is nothing more than a false narrative in the case of COVID, anyway. The only reason liberals are so hot to get the vaccine is because they're cultists who view anything with a "science" label attached to it and pimped through the media as infallible. A quick check for "Military anthrax vaccines 1990s" would disabuse anyone with a functioning brain--a rarity in the Current Year, I know--that just because something has the word "vaccine" attached to it doesn't mean it's automatically safe.

In the 90s, with all the talk of WMDs, there was a defector from a Russian bioweapons lab. One of the ideas he brought up was a thing called a binary weapon. Basically, a virus like smallpox is too noticeable and too effective, Once it starts killing people, the uninfected start reacting effectively. The idea behind a binary weapon is that it's something like the flu that everybody will contract and nobody will react to, and then 6 mos. down the line, a second biomolecule such as an analgesic or even another virus triggers or reacts with the first killing people widely or selectively.

Admittedly, this is solidly in nutso conspiracy theory territory, but widespread and even mandatory vaccine to COVID-19 and a followup vaccine to COVID-20, or even the virus itself, would fit the bill to a 'T'.

It's highly likely I've already had the virus. I'm far more likely to die of cancer, heart disease, or a car accident. They're going to have to put a gun to my head or slip it into my IV when I get some other procecudure done. It doesn't make sense any other way.

Still not as bad as Snopes, USA Today, et al., "fact-checking" "The Babylon Bee".

S-nopes fact-checking the Bee for being mean to Democrats tells me everything I need to know about what it has become.

Why can't those filthy brown people go back to Columbo, Guadalupe, Honda, or wherever it is they came from?

Jay Bybee signed John Yoo's "torture memos." He's also mormon.

If I'm ever having a bad day I just think of his mormon son blowing his own brains out in a Las Vegas temple. Just warms my heart to know that happened.

Benedict Arnold the most infamous traitor of America until current times. We now have someone in our highest office who hates the American people, attacks American employment, attacks out energy sources, threatening our food chains, trying to bankrupt our economy with socialist idealism, and really has sold his soul to all foreign powers. Mr. President what do you think how the Biden name will be remembered in history? Our great border protector? Loved by all Americans? That bust you have in your office of John Kennedy who said "ask not what your country but what you can do for your country" Put it away please you do another disservice to our Country, memories and you own fake put on demeanor. Your policies do not represent Democrat or Republican or any American values. The Biden family will be forever known as the family who enriched themselves at the expense of the American Tax payor. That's how 78 million plus American voters will remember not only you but also your entire family. Biden’s son Hunter and daughter in law Hallie were now known to be involved in a bizarre incident in which Hallie took Hunter’s gun and threw it in a trash can behind a grocery store, only to return later to find it gone!. positive cocaine test sure, crack head, sure Democrat sure Secret Service inserted itself into case of Hunter Biden’s missing gun.
