California's Oak Grove School District says it has fired a special education teacher caught on video coughing on a 1-year-old boy. Nancy Norland reportedly became upset when the child's mother wasn't maintaining proper social distance in line at a San Jose yogurt shop. So Norland pulled off her mask, leaned down in the boy's face and coughed.

The real crime was Karen's attempt to enforce the fascist mandates on her own. I have significant O2 drop when attempting to wear a "cloth face covering", as well as the normal feeling like I am suffocating. Our county issued the usual executive order; quote in part (skipping all the wherases etc):
Section 1. Definition. Face Covering shall mean a uniform piece of material that securely covers a person's nose and mouth and remains affixed in place without the use of one's hands.
Section 2. Face Coverings Required.
a. Every person working, living, visiting, or doing business in Orange County is required to wear a Face Covering consistent with the current CDC guideline while in any public place.
(with the following weasel words further down)
Section 3. Exceptions
a. Nothing herein shall require the wearing of face coverings by the following people:
ii.) Persons for whom a face covering would cause impairment due to an existing
health condition; or . . .

So I emailed my council member the following question:
What procedures are there for the exemption under section3.a.ii?

And got this:
"As a point of clarification, the Mayor’s Executive Order requiring Face Coverings is not an enforceable mandate. As such, there are not procedural requirements in place for those individuals who cannot tolerate a face covering for medical, sensory or any other condition which makes it difficult from them to utilize a face covering."
