Adele Barbour, 48, was not pregnant. Rather, surgery she'd had years before to treat spina bifida left her with an enlarged stomach. "United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust have a duty of candor to be open and honest but they were not and that caused us additional heartache," said Barbour's sister.
