Brickbat: Sticky Fingers

The Kentucky State Police have charged former Raceland city clerk Rebecca Miller with fraudulent use of a credit card of $10,000 or more. Police say she ran up more than $16,000 on a city credit card for personal items, including tickets to see ventriloquist Jeff Dunham.
