Anoka County, Minnesota, school bus driver Brenda Carsten is facing more than a dozen counts of child endangerment. Video taken on board a bus showed her driving erratically, with both hands off the wheel as she looked up "your momma" jokes on her phone. She handed the phone to a student to read the jokes on the bus intercom.
