Brickbat: Make School Great Again

Officials with Georgia's Cherokee County school system have apologized after a teacher ordered two students out of her classroom because they were wearing "Make America Great Again" shirts. The teacher said they couldn't wear the shirts "just like you cannot wear a swastika to school."

Well, at least when they're sent to Nuremberg, they'll be able to bring their own headphones (iPhone ear buds are acceptable, right?).
You know who else taught indoctrination to youth?
The Jedi Order?
Let's face it, after a thousand years of abducting toddlers and raising them to be chickless automatons, Palpatine was really just giving them what they deserved.
"The teacher explained that the shirts were inappropriate not because of Trump but because the slogan was used by 'the neo-Nazis.'"
So within a few months the phrase went from being a campaign slogan for a successful Presidential candidate to being appropriated by National Socialists?
"Went from"? "To being"? "Appropriated"?
VERY problematic, tovarisch.

(Posted by "oppressed white guy," and I can't vouch for someone who calls himself that unless it's post-modern snark)
"Come and see the political correctness inherent in the system! Help! Help! I'm being oppressed!"
"BLOODY Trump supporter!"
Meanwhile, the stupid smart-alec slogan of 'Forward' with its obvious communist overtone under Obama was totes okay.
There's a clearer connection to the DNC's 'hope and change' and 'forward' rhetoric to communism than 'MAGA' being a proxy for Nazi Socialism.
A high school teacher that does not understand which party is more similar to National Socialism should be fired.
A high school teacher that does not follow 'school board policy' should be fires.
A high school teacher that verbally abuses students should be fired.
A union that prevents the above should be de-certified.
And everyone should get a free pony from Bernie.
OK. Caffeine deficiency.
Fired, not fires.
I like "fires". But then the subject (teachers) should be plural.
Lefties really can't help themselves when it comes to diluting the meaning of words. It no longer means anything to be a Nazi.
I'll bet he or she (the teacher) has a "coexist" bumper sticker on their Prius.
Just watched the video. She said "Make America Great Again" was a slogan used by neo-nazis...when and where? It has also been used by most office seeker in one form or another.
