What's not true, or at least can't be said truthfully without caveats is the statement on the EPA website:

"Carbon dioxide is the primary greenhouse gas that is contributing to recent climate change."

You don't know that. In fact, it's unlikely due to the fact that CO2 is such a weak greenhouse gas.
