A judge in Providence, Rhode Island, has dismissed a ticket issued to a woman for parking in a spot two seconds before she could legally park there. If he had not dismissed the ticket, she faced a $90 fine.

However, by the time Sarah was able to bring the ticket to court, passing the 28 day grace period, it cost her $90.
