I never realized that the Marvel character the Leader was African-American. With a brain that size you'd think he would be voting Stein!

    1. UnCivilServant   9 years ago

I recognize that there are words in that post. What does not make sense is the combination of those words.

  2. Lee Genes   9 years ago

A funnier condescending message from a president

  3. BigT   9 years ago

    Better cartoon:

Panel 1: Street with Vote Hillary and Vote Trump signs.

Panel 2: White House with yard sign "Vote Legacy"

    1. Fruit Sushi 2 Go   9 years ago

      I giggled

    2. Swiss Servator   9 years ago

Please report to Bok's cubicle and inform him you are his replacement.

      1. UnCivilServant   9 years ago

Please, they don't give valuble office space to the itenerant cartoonists.

        1. Swiss Servator   9 years ago

It is only a 6x6 cube....next to the restroom that isn't ventilated very well.

          1. The Fusionist   9 years ago

            And they'll take your stapler.

          2. Agammamon   9 years ago

Its actually just a toilet stall in the restroom and you have to get out whenever someone wants to use it.

They wouldn't let him have the handicapped stall as everyone uses that one first because its more spacious and private. But they're opening to consider it if Bok works out for the firm.

  4. Gweskoyen   9 years ago

Yeah, the 95% of African Americans who plan to vote for Hillary would totally have this reaction, Chip.

Also, why is a cartoon that complains about crime rates on a Libertarian site even though Reason constantly reminds us they're at a record low?

    1. UnCivilServant   9 years ago

Bok is a syndicated cartoonist. I have a sneaking suspicion this isn't the only site he triest to peddle his content to.

    2. SIV   9 years ago

      Check your privilege, oppressor.

      1. UnCivilServant   9 years ago

People keep saying that. I've done so and I'm A-Ok. If you really mean "Shut up, [string of slurs]" say that instead.

      2. BigT   9 years ago

        "Check your privilege. "

My privilege is getting a bit low. Do you know where I can get a refill?

        1. Zombie Jimbo   9 years ago

          1. (((Renegade)))   9 years ago

I scored -790. Bow down to me, Shitlords!

            1. UnCivilServant   9 years ago

              Um, no. I don't bow.

              1. (((Renegade)))   9 years ago

I need some muscle over here!

          2. Florida Hipster   9 years ago

I got a 90. Does that mean I have to be sacrificed on the alter of social justice?

            1. (((Renegade)))   9 years ago

No, but we can alter you on the altar of social justice. You won't miss those low notes.

            2. some guy   9 years ago

              175. Should I just kill myself now to save everyone else the time?

          3. Doctor Whom   9 years ago

I got -20. I guess I will automatically win any argument with Florida Hipster but lose every argument with (((Renegade))).

            1. UnCivilServant   9 years ago

There's a bit of a gap in their rankings:

Status (based on you or your family, in US$)
              Homeless or Institutionalized
              Middle (45k-65k)/y
              Plutocrat (>$1,000,000,000 net)
              Rich (>$1,000,000/y)
              Affluent (100k-250k/y)
              Poor (

              1. UnCivilServant   9 years ago

                Bah, stupid less than symbols.

                Anyway, according to the bigots:

Your privilege level is SHITLORD with a score of 170

Now bow to me, or you deny that you are oppressed!

                1. Chipper-Shredder 2016   9 years ago

                  180. I am currently the shitlordiest.

                  1. Jimbo   9 years ago

                    190! Eat Shit-lord!

                    1. Chipper-Shredder 2016   9 years ago

Damn. Now I am a shitlord not the shitlord.

                    2. Chipper-Shredder 2016   9 years ago

I think I could push higher if they allowed more granularity in some of the questions. For example they are probably using the average privilege for white instead of the maximum. Those white-hispanics are bringing the rest of us down.

              2. some guy   9 years ago

Haven't you heard about the vanishing middle class?

                1. UnCivilServant   9 years ago

My annual income literally splits the difference in their gap between the middle and affluent bands.

          4. Francisco d'Anconia   9 years ago

            Privilege
Your privilege level is SHITLORD with a score of 110

            I'm so proud!

            1. MarkLastname   9 years ago

I got 115, which I understand means you have to send me a check every month.

        3. Chipper-Shredder 2016   9 years ago

Shitlords can absorb privilege from nearby non-shitlords. Why do you think non-shitlords are demanding safe spaces. It is the only time they can regenerate their privilege.

        4. MarkLastname   9 years ago

          White Castle?

      3. BigT   9 years ago

Panel 1: Man walking down street sees protestor with sign "Check Your Privelege "

        Panel 2: Man looks puzzled.

Panel 3: Man looks down at his hand down the front of his pants. Thought balloon: " Still there"

        1. Agammamon   9 years ago

Go ahead and draw this up and you've got a job.

  5. invisible furry hand   9 years ago

I can think of more interesting ways to personally insult Obama

  6. Libertarian   9 years ago

I'm tired of being proved wrong, time after time, when it comes to contemporary politics. I would have sworn that Obama's over-arching goal is his legacy. Yet, in his recent UN address, rather than touting his legacy he turned it into a campaign speech to hurt Trump and help Hillary. Does he believe that a Trump victory or a Clinton victory will burnish historians' opinion of him more?

    1. BigT   9 years ago

Maybe you missed O'bama saying his policies were on the ballot, so vote Hildog.

But he could regret a First Bitch presidency. SHE could eclipse his 'achievements' by starting WW3, packing the SCOTUS with retards, and passing universal health scare.

  7. Slammer   9 years ago

On my Android phone there's a way to turn off alerts, including Amber alerts and emergency news, but no way to turn off a President's announcement. Although I've never received one. Maybe they on;y happem during Mars Attacks scenarios?

    1. Trials and Trippelations   9 years ago

      It's an Obama phone?

    2. Agammamon   9 years ago

I asked about this on the Sprint forums. All I got were a bunch of other posters telling me that *of course I shouldn't be able to deactivate Presidential alerts as if there were one it would be really, really important*.

My only response to this is 'I get weather/amber/etc alerts for Maricopa County, 200 miles away from me, and none for the area I actually live in'.

    3. Jimbo   9 years ago

I saw the same thing on my phone a few weeks ago. I am breathlessly waiting for President Trump's announcements!

  8. The Fusionist   9 years ago

The fear on the part of Democrats is that too many black people will stay home rather than vote. If they show up to vote, the overwhelming probability is they'll vote Democrat. So the idea is to shame them into voting because this is the most important blah blah and if they can be gotten to the polls it's probably another Dem vote.

    1. The Fusionist   9 years ago

So the battle in the black community is not between Hillary and Trump but between Hillary and "fuck it, what's on TV"?

      1. BigT   9 years ago

Has Trump sponsored any TV shows that day that could keep black people at home?

        A 2 on 2 basketball game with Jordan-Kobe vs LeBron-Kyrie Irving?

        A replay of "Roots" ?

        A Sanford & Son marathon?

        1. Agammamon   9 years ago

          R. Kelly's "The Opera" performed live.

        2. The Fusionist   9 years ago

I thought "Roots" was more a white-people thing.

I've been told that "I saw Roots" is a paradigmatic example of white-person cluelessness.

          1. RW-in-DC   9 years ago

When I went to PG County schools for Junior High, I was told, "Why you reading that book, it's ours?" I replied, there were six copies in the school library, and, as my name was the only one on any of the checkout cards, interested parties could *borrow their own*. The school was demolished, but I bet my name was still the lone person checking out Haley's opus. Unfortunately, too many feel that "read" is an expletive. 😛

      2. Agammamon   9 years ago

To be fair, the battle in the deplorables community is between Trump and 'fuck it, what's on TV' also.

Come to think of it, that's Johnson's major opponent also.

        1. Jgalt1975   9 years ago

          I thought Johnson's major opponent was a well-loaded bong?

  9. Jordan   9 years ago

More approriate ending caption (as usual): "Christ, what an asshole."

    1. BigT   9 years ago

      Not: "Fuck that nigga!" ?

  10. Texasmotiv   9 years ago

Might as well have a third panel that says: "Don't worry, we will."
