Tomorrow, the new editor in chief of Reason magazine, Katherine Mangu-Ward, will conduct a live Q&A with former Reason top editor Virginia Postrel (now a columnist at Bloomberg View). The conversation starts at 7 P.M. Pacific time/10 P.M. Eastern time.
