Police in Nottinghamshire, England, say they will now treat catcalls and wolf whistles on the street as hate crimes to be investigated and recorded. However, the department says a "hate crime" may not actually be a criminal offense nor even considered offensive by the "victim. Rather, a hate crime is any incident "perceived by the victim or any other person, as being motivated by prejudice or hatred."

  1. So thinking a woman (oh no sexist and cissist!) is hot is prejudice and motivated by hate? Um, Okay? Will White people listening to rape, eating Mexican food and quoting black slang and speaking Spanish be illegal too?

However, the department says a “hate crime” may not actually be a criminal offense nor even considered offensive by the “victim.

Um a “crime” is not a crime? Wut? So if some random person is offended by something it will be a “crime” that is not in fact a crime?

    1. Because fuck words, that’s why.

    2. Will White people listening to rape

      Oops…heheheh.

      1. There’s probably a STEVE SMITH joke in there somewhere.

        1. FEEL FREE TO LISTEN TO STEVE SMITH RAPE. STAY IN EARSHOT AND YOU CAN BE NEXT!

      2. Appropriate name, given what it does to ears.

  2. Who cares?

Did you hear that Melania Trump rickrolled us? Her fired speechwriter is my favorite person of the decade.

    1. michellerolled?

    2. See? This stray looter is at least useful for identifying other parasites.

  3. Misogyny hate crime is classed under the new policy as “incidents against women that are motivated by an attitude of a man towards a woman, and includes behaviour targeted towards a woman by men simply because they are a woman”.

So I can call you a cunt if I have other reasons besides you being a woman?

    1. In England? Sure calling people cunt is their national pastime.

    2. It’s never *just* because they’re women.

      I have some standards.

  4. [ Peeks in,sees Winston and american socialist, leaves ]

    1. Hey!

      1. It’s too early for those too. How you been? Hotter than hell here but, lots of rain for the garden.Picked a bunch of Roma tomatoes and some peppers last night.

        1. Even the sweat on my balls is bitching about the heat. That’s why I fucked around the house all day and started drinking at 3:30pm. Looked at my weights and said, “Nah.”

        2. Tomatoes here aren’t ready yet. Which sucks because I’m ready for tomatoes.

          1. I am sad for you. Mine are starting to play out. Its just too damn hot. I still have some good ones and are eating them as fast as I can before they go bad. Yum.

I guess we will soon be reversing roles…

            1. I had black mold inside of mine. Any suggestions?

              1. Don’t eat it.

              2. “If it smells like fish,
                It’s a tasty dish.
                If it smells like cologne,
                leave it alone.

  5. This is the “only guys who the woman finds attractive can hit on her law.”

    1. http://www.nbc.com/saturday-ni…..nt/2751966
      “Be attractive, don’t be unattractive.”

  6. Rather, a hate crime is any incident “perceived by the victim or *any other person*, as being motivated by prejudice or hatred.”

So if I think these statist scumbags are motivated by hatred of humanity, will they arrest and prosecute themselves?

    Somehow, I’m guessing no.

Seriously, though, how could seemingly sentient beings not see a teensy problem with prosecuting people based on someone’s perception of hatred?

Are they that mentally ill? Or is this just the usual Leftist gaslighting?

    1. Are they that mentally ill? Or is this just the usual Leftist gaslighting?

      Yes.

  7. If they criminalize normal courtship procedures, how do the Limeys expect to keep their empire?

    1. England still has a ways to go before immigration drops below replacement rate. And it seems like this could make it illegal for any woman to not wear a burqa (they could offend someone)

    2. Arranged marriage, of course. Or at least arranged conception.

  8. What are they going to do about the male glaze, er gaze? I mean that’s a hate crime too.

    1. Not in Japan. I have heard videos featuring the male glaze are quite popular there.

      1. Only if it’s tentacle glaze.

  9. Remember the video some feminist types made where they had the cute girl walk to streets to see how many catcalls and harassment she would have to bear? She got some but it was almost exclusively from members of the left’s sacred protected groups.

I am thinking the weaselly definitions here are designed to give wiggle room so that they won’t end up having to prosecute members of the protected class in wildly disproportionate numbers. I bet we don’t hear much about this anymore. It would be too embarrassing.

  10. It’s “hateful” to acknowledge a woman’s beauty? I don’t want to live on this planet anymore.

  11. You were saying about how bad the EU was?

  12. Rather, a hate crime is any incident “perceived by the victim or any other person, as being motivated by prejudice or hatred.”

That statement is a HATE CRIME!

  13. Residents of GB will soon not be able to leave their flats for fear of being prosecuted for something they did not know they did.

Sounds like the law is based on standards laid out by Joyce in Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man. Go around looking at the ground in case you pass a woman and have sinful thoughts.

  14. Welcome to Non-objective Law 101. Prerequisite is Collectivized Rights, your required reading is A traveler from Altruria, Equality, The Communist Manifesto…

  15. So…thoughtcrime then

  16. This is why British police have stopped investigating thefts and burglaries. They’re too busy arresting people for not committing any crime.

  17. We can even create playlists of them so it will be very easy to find our videos which we like. We can also download those videos and can watch them offline. Showbox for pc
