Reason Is Looking for Fall Journalism Interns

Reason is accepting applications for our FALL 2016 journalism internship through July 1.
The Burton C. Gray Memorial Internship program runs year-round in the Washington, D.C. office. Interns work for 12 weeks and receive a $5,000 stipend.
The job includes reporting and writing for Reason and Reason.com, helping with research, proofreading, and other tasks. Previous interns have gone on to work at such places as The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, ABC News, and Reason itself.

I'll believe it when I see it.
At ~$400/week in DC they're too busy fighting off bums and muggers to proofread the articles.
Plus completing the daily links scavenger hunt for Robby, or else they get the hose again.
Stipend? Ohhhhhhhhhhh, no. Interns get a living wage. Maybe Reason hasn't heard, but in this country slavery was actually abolished.
It's another typo. They meant 5,000 striped end, from the daily floggings.
Does the gig offer free top hats and monocles?
Proofreading? Reason is too cool for that.
