Video footage

Harvey Saunders put a video camera on his dashboard after being hit with two parking fines he says he didn't deserve. And he caught a Hull, England, parking warden moving a "No Parking" cone in front of his car and then writing him a ticket. He later posted the video on the Internet. Officials have rescinded the ticket.

This debacle suggests that the idea of movable no parking zones is legally untenable.

Did the driver turn over the entire video, you know the part where he pulls into the spot and the cone is already moved? I got an unsubstantiated suspicion that he just may have been the cone mover.

That’s not his problem, that’s the *prosecutor’s* problem. He just showed enough evidence to push their case into ‘reasonable doubt’ territory and has no obligation to prove his innocence. If the prosecutor believes he moved the cone in the first place *he* can introduce evidence of that.

I get that, just wondering if he has that video. It would remove any doubt (not that he needs to), if he doesn’t have it I’m gonna wonder why. No, he doesn’t need to prove his innocence, I just question where that video is, that’s all.
