Melissa Warren and Eric Adams did everything by the book. That's what officials in West Chester Township, Ohio, said when they issued the two of them a zoning permit and license to operate a swingers club. But after getting complaints about the club, officials tossed the book out, rescinding the license and permit and banning such businesses so the two can't reapply.

  1. G’day mates

  2. “Officials there believe a swingers’ club could be considered a “sexual encounter establishment.” A sexual encounter establishment is defined in the Ohio Revised Code as a business where “two or more persons may congregate, associate, or consort for the purpose of engaging in specified sexual activities.””

What exactly is the difference between a sexual encounter club and a brothel?

I suppose that at the sexual encounter club everyone is considered an amateur?

    1. When I leave my house, everywhere is a potential sexual encounter

    2. The money isn’t for sex, it’s for admission. It’s like paying for sex with lobster dinner instead of currency, completely legal.

    3. a business where “two or more persons may congregate, associate, or consort for the purpose of engaging in specified sexual activities

      So, a motel?

    4. In all seriousness, at a swingers club, you pay the owner for entry into the place. There is no guarantee that anyone will have sex. As a matter of fact, there are some clubs that are not “on-premises”, which means it is only a meeting place for swingers. They are expected to have sex elsewhere (likely a nearby motel).

  3. Update

“Judge: Decision to revoke swinger’s club license improper”

  4. So Warty is trying to do franchise basements…

*checks account balance, looks over glossy brochure*

    I’m in!

    1. I believe Warty prefers ‘sub’ basements.

      1. not the ‘dom’ basements?

  5. Rule 1 of Codes Enforcement – Codes Enforcement makes the rules. You can go by “the book” all you want but any official can shut you down any time he wants for anything he decides to make up right on the spot. If you’re smart, you treat the permits office like you treat ‘roided-up cops.

      Shoot, shovel and shut up?

      1. I
I’ve found that being nice to the state barber inspector is a good idea.

  6. The cynic in me says that the complaints were from the officials themselves, who were denied membership in the club…

  7. The technology is so developed that we can watch videos, live streaming, TV serials and any of our missed programs within our mobiles and PCs. Showbox
All we need is a mobile or PC with a very good internet connection. There are many applications by which we can enjoy videos, our missed programs, live streaming etc.
