    That is actually funny.

    1. Fist of Etiquette   10 years ago

I agree. Take that, FF haters.

      1. invisible furry hand   10 years ago

        But it's not that funny

        1. Swiss Servator   10 years ago

So.... kind of a "B" grade funny?

          1. invisible furry hand   10 years ago

Compared to other FFs, maybe, Compared to Blazing Saddles, this is barely a speck on the wrong end of the Bell curve

            1. Swiss Servator   10 years ago

Oh surely - compared to real funny, tis but a fart in a typhoon.

    2. CatoTheChipper   10 years ago

      Agree!

  2. Fist of Etiquette   10 years ago

I get that they're enjoying Faculty's latest album on vinyl, but who turns their chair away from guests like Steven Spielberg and and Rhea Perlman?

    1. gaijin   10 years ago

      Rhea Perlman

see I thought the one in the middle was Stephen Hawking...in his youth

      1. Swiss Servator   10 years ago

        *slow clap*

  3. Will4Freedom   10 years ago

I guess I give a Bok a C+ for this one. He doesn't portray the faculty as quite snobbish enough. The one guy with is legs crossed knee to knee is a good start, but their noses aren't quite stuck up enough.

The concept is funny, though. W. Wilson was a scumbag. My middle school was named after him, but what do you expect from N.J.?

    1. What's that smell?   10 years ago

I do like that they are all JEWZ

      1. Swiss Servator   10 years ago

        *sprays Febreeze*

        Out damned odor!

  4. Charles Easterly   10 years ago

    "How'd they find that out?"

I have it on good authority that someone slipped a printed page displaying some of the comments from Reason H&R into a campus Safe Place ?. The heading was brazenly deceitful: "What the Political Right and Corporations don't want you to know and what Academia is coerced into hiding from you by moneyed interests."

    Subversives.

    1. Illocust   10 years ago

Oooo, I should make a bunch of pamphlets along those lines. Paint all these progressive nothing to see here's as being hidden by their political enemies and watch them eat each other.

  5. Almanian's Rusty Woodchipper   10 years ago

    I don't get it.

    Awful. Therefore, perfect.

    Happy fucking Friday, Reasonoids.

    *SLAP!*

        *slap!*

        1. Swiss Servator   10 years ago

*lifts hand to slap, is overcome by ennui and drops hand. Shuffles off to coffee maker instead*

            I give up.

            1. Swiss Servator   10 years ago

Ah, yes - join me in ennui!

              1. sarcasmic   10 years ago

No thanks. I'm trying to quit.

                1. Swiss Servator   10 years ago

I would too, but I just can't muster up the energy or interest.

          4. Rich   10 years ago

            "Ennui" by Walter Sickert

  6. Rich   10 years ago

Nice labeling and warts. One of Chip's best.

    1. Swiss Servator   10 years ago

THIS IS NOT OK! WE DEMAND MORE FACULTY OF COLOR IN THIS CARTOON! WE WANT A DIVERSITY AND GENDER STUDIES FIGURE TOO! ALSO, NEEDZ MOAR LABELZ AND SAFE SPACES!

      /student

      1. UnCivilServant   10 years ago

Can't you tell? The one on the left is Trans-black, the one in the middle is Trans-Asian, and the one on the right is a pack of server squirrels in a humanskin suit.

      2. Almanian's Rusty Woodchipper   10 years ago

        I approve!

        /college president

        1. Mr. Flanders   10 years ago

          +1 saving your job

  7. This Machine   10 years ago

And it's Bok from the top ropes! With a folding chair!

  8. Notorious UGCC   10 years ago

OK, I briefly puzzled over the meaning, but I think I got it - the faculty wouldn't have told the students about Wilson's bigotry, so how did they learn about it?

    Did I get it right?
