Officials at Winslow Township School 4 in New Jersey suspended an 8-year-old girl for violating the dress code. The girl, identified by the media only as Kylie, wore a kelly green shirt to school. School rules allow only white, navy blue or dark green shirts.

    One little boy's mom defends the school, saying the uniform dress code was made crystal clear in orientation from day one.

    "I mean, if you start letting certain things slide, then you have to let a lot of things slide, and then everyone is pretty much wearing what they want to wear," she said.

    I love living one town over from Winslow. Every time they do something stupid like this it keeps me from grousing about my town paying cops $107K/year on average (seriously).
