Depends on your frame for sexism. If used inflationarily, which is common, then yes: I suspect that sexist people - all else equal - know women better than those who are not sexist. It's a matter of stereotype accuracy. Consider Jussim, Social Perception and Social Reality, Oxford UP. (Originally, this was based on what you said. People who know you better can offend you more. Building on that: sexists offend women more than non-sexists. Thus sexists know women better than non-sexists.)

Do women know women better? I think men know some some things about women better than women, and that women know some things about men better than men. (Overall, I think that women know women better. Feminists also think that women know men better. Compare mansplaining and femsplaining. A systematic error, it appears.) Then there's willingness to state some truth. Reasonable selfishness would cause women and men, respectively, not to say things that are negative for them.

I don't think what I said can be used to generalize about every woman and I think that is proved by the fact that some women seem to be so insulted by random sexist comments from people they don't even know. The key element is not that women know the people who offend them (though that can matter independently; for example, it hurts to have trust abused). The key element is that offenders know (how the) women (are).
You implied that you can less easily disregard attacks when/because the attacker knows you -- because attacks then are an (accurate) reflection on you (not on the attacker). The corresponding hypothesis is that sexist remarks hurt because they are based on accurate knowledge, that they hurt because they are in some way true. It's not necessary that the woman knows the sexist. What matters is whether the sexist remark is in some way true, accurate (, i.e. whether the sexist knows women). The fact that women find sexist remarks from strangers so hurtful does not disconfirm this hypothesis.

It's a problem with the concept itself. I don't see how it'd be possible to clearly distinguish heterosexuality and sexism. You could try to distinguish "benevolent sexism" and "(malevolent) sexism", but how far does this lead? It seems to me that one would have to take the good with the bad, based on equality, consistency, and coherence.
