The Law Society of Alberta is threatening to sanction attorney Ezra Levant for referring to the Alberta Human Rights Commission as crazy in a newspaper column. Levant, who is not currently practicing law, could be fined, suspended or disbarred.

it sort of begs the question, are they or aren't they?
At any point in the process the lawyer involved can apply to resign from profession rather than face public discipline.
Mao does not approve of this loophole.
They aren't crazy, they're out of control fascists. And Levant is as ass, albeit an ass who is quite right in this case.
