Police in Merseyside, England, have agreed to pay £5,000 to settle a false arrest claim by George Wilson. Wilson was arrested for giving a homeless man £1 by a police officer who thought it was a drug deal.

The officer subsequently arrested himself and roughed himself up for interfering with himself by recording his public actions.
More to the point, doesn't charity make a person feel good JUST LIKE DRUGS DO? I say the kid should have been arrested. Valid arrest.
