On the heels of the TSA's failure to detect explosives and banned weapons in 95% of test runs through airport checkpoints, the agency isn't getting any breaks. It's now being sued by the Competitive Enterprise Institute over its body scanner rules, and Edward Snowden documentarian Laura Poitras is suing several federal agencies to force the disclosure of the justification for her repeated harrassment at borders over the past decade.
