The Burton C. Gray Memorial Internship program runs year-round in the Washington, D.C. office. Interns work for 10 weeks and receive a $5,000 stipend. 

The job includes reporting and writing for Reason and Reason.com, and helping with research, proofreading, and other tasks. Previous interns have gone on to work at such places as The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, ABC News, and Reason itself. 

The deadline for application is today, July 1. To apply, send your résumé, up to five writing samples (preferably published clips), and a cover letter to:

I once worked at a company which was so inept that it almost got evicted from its offices because someone didn't renew the lease; had to move to a slab with four walls and a roof, and wait for the insides to be kitted out.

I'm not sure why it has to be a gay internship. Maybe it's just me but that's taking social justice a little too far.
