Peter Bagge on Life on the Political Fringe

Award-winning cartoonist and Reason Contributing Editor Peter Bagge took to the streets and political committee meetings of Seattle last fall to try to drum up some support for Libertarian and Republican candidates in a city dominated by progressive politics.
In Reason's April issue, Bagge documents his encounters, the rift between urban and suburban Republicans, and the frustrations of Republicans who have to deal with libertarians who only get involved in the party when certain candidates (like one whose name rhymes with "Dawn Call") are needing support.
