Testimony from Senate Judiciary Committee Hearing for Attorney General nomination

|

Last week, the Senate Judiciary Committee held hearings on the nomination of Loretta Lynch to be the next Attorney General of the United States. On Wednesday, Jan. 28, the nominee herself testified. On Thursday, Jan. 29, a panel of witnesses testified about the nominee, about the proper role of the Attorney General, and about some of the dubious legal decisions of the current administration.

The committee has just posted the written statements of the witnesses, as well as video of the hearings. Lynch's written statement and video of her testimony are available here. The panel's written statements and video are available here. My own written statement is available here.
