Nothing Says 'Voting Is Important' Like Lil' Jon and Lena Dunham Dancing
"Rock the Vote" gets even more desperate.
If "turn down for what" is a rhetorical question about why one would cease partying, "turn out for what" represents the calculation about how to motivate oneself to vote in the midterm elections this fall.

I heard bits of an interview with this Dunham woman. Good God, what an ignorant little gasbag she is.
But then, that's precisely why pop culture is currently embracing her.

Seconded. She's ill informed and ugly.
You guys just don't appreciate the finer things in life; like cankles and cellulite.
