Jacob Sullum on Prisoners of Pot Prohibition

Leland Dodd is 60 years old, and he has been living in an Oklahoma prison since 1991. Barring an act of clemency, he will stay there until he dies. As he explains, he was sentenced to life in prison for "talking about buying some marijuana."
