Video Appears to Show Second American Journalist's Execution by Islamic State (Updated)
Video of Steven Sotloff appears online
A new video appears to show the execution of Steven Sotloff, the second American killed by a self-professed member of the Islamist terror group ISIS.
In the video, which appeared online today, Sotloff addresses the camera, saying, "I'm sure you know exactly who I am by now and why I am appearing."
"Obama, your foreign policy of intervention in Iraq was supposed to be for preservation of American lives and interests, so why is it that I am paying the price of your interference with my life?" Sotloff says calmly as the black clad militant holds a knife casually at his side.
Later the video then cuts to the militant who says that as long as U.S. missiles "continue to strike our people, our knife will continue to strike the necks of your people."
The camera cuts again and the militant appears to kill Sotloff.

I'm really beginning to think Obama won't serve out his term.
He travels to Europe this week for a NATO summit on Ukraine. I bet he's going with all the eagerness of a high school slacker facing a chem final.
And yet he may regard coming back to the U.S. to deal with amnesty activists and hand-wringing generals as even worse.
Carried out of the White House on a stretcher is how I see it.
Monsters.
I am glad to see that our uniquely qualified president is bringing stability to America's relationship with the Muslim world.
Some foreigner from a rogue nation - "I want to work for / be a student at your flight school."
Flight school - "And I'm willing to accept you."
Libertarian government - "Consent detected! Citizenship activated without INS involvement!"
Foreigner turns out to be ISIS member, flies plane into building.
This isn't likely to happen, but will be made somewhat easier under a well meaning but misguided libertarian immigration policy.
It isn't likely to happen because you can't get citizenship through an F-1 visa, not because of any libertarian immigration policy, "misguided" or no.
I'd think an immigrant like you would have known that.
Why would you need citizenship to commit most terrorist acts, aside from voting, anyway? A simple student visa will suffice.
By the same logic, we ought to have restrictions between US states, because a Muslim in Dearborn might kill people in Cleveland. We can even take it further, that it's only safe for there to be restrictions between counties/parishes/boroughs since a terrorist from Miami-Dade could conceivably cross the county line with nefarious purposes in mind. Almost any idea taken to it's most logically extreme conclusion will reveal that idea's inherent absurdity or reasonableness.
