Kalyb Primm Wiley, a second grader in Kansas City, admits he started screaming after other students began taunting him. But he says the school resource officer should not have put him in handcuffs when he took him to the principal's office. A school spokesperson said the officer followed proper procedures and the handcuffs were necessary to protect Kalyb and other students.

I assumed I'd find some handout by law enforcement cabals and unions. Found some department handbooks but no '3 phrases to repeat after beating to death a negro' kind of thing. Kind of disappointing.

He'll be able to play on a full-fledged little league baseball team in just a couple of years! As it is, he can play in a coach-pitch league where they use actual metal baseball bats! Those bats weigh 15 to 17 ounces! Think of that! This 7 year old has experience wielding a dangerous weapon that weighs a whole pound! This is the kind of weapon that might be featured on America's Funniest Home Videos sending a father crashing to the ground holding his privates! Kids these days are much more dangerous!
