America, as The Wall Street Journal's Kim Strassel points out, is now like the place described in George Orwell's book Animal Farm: "All animals are equal," but some are "more equal than others." After the fiscal cliff, NASCAR walked away with $70 million for new racetracks, algae growers got $60 million, andHollywood film producers got a $430 million tax break, all courtesy of Congress. John Stossel wants to know why—while America's going broke—moviemakers get a special break?
