End of the year usually filled with budget battles, crises
Barack Obama on Tuesday is wrapping up a unique moment in his presidency: A slow, relatively relaxed December.
After a string of end-of-the-year budget battles, various fights with Congress, and hectic activity in general, Obama has been able to re-charge this month in relative peace, including his annual holiday in Hawaii.
