Obamacare Requires Calorie Counts on Vending Machines
You really shouldn't eat a vending machine, regardless of the calories
When you get something to eat out of a vending machine, do you ever consider the number of calories in it?
New regulations that are part of the Affordable Care Act will make it easier to do if you want to, since they require vending machines to show calorie counts.
The Food and Drug Administration is expected to release final rules early next year, which will apply to some 10,800 companies that operate 20 or more machines.
