John Boehner Defends Spending Deal From Conservative Criticism
Says they're "using the American people for their own goals"
Speaker John Boehner opened fire on outside conservative groups criticizing a bipartisan budget deal, saying that they are "using the American people for their own goals."
Several outside groups - including Heritage Action and Club for Growth - oppose the budget agreement hashed out between Rep. Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) and Sen. Patty Murray (D-Wash.). Many announced their opposition before the deal was released.
