Ninth Body Recovered in Glasgow Helicopter Crash Scene
Slammed into a pub during a concert
Scottish authorities have used a crane to remove the wreckage of a police helicopter from the roof of a Glasgow pub and raised the death toll from its crash to nine.
The helicopter's crew—two police officers and a civilian pilot—were all killed when it crashed through the roof of The Clutha pub on Friday night, which was packed with patrons taking in a local Ska band's show.
Police said another body had been found inside the pub, bringing the total of fatalities inside to nine.
