Rand Paul: Voters Want "Someone Like Myself" in 2016

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) thinks Americans are holding out for a D.C. outsider in 2016; perhaps "someone like myself," he said Monday.

"I think they want someone outside of, you know, what's been going on. For example, someone like myself who has been promoting term limits," he said on Fox News Monday. "Someone who says we shouldn't have, you know, decade after decade longevity up here."
