CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — New Hampshire is getting $3.8 million as part of a multi-state settlement with pharmaceutical manufacturer Johnson & Johnson to revolve criminal and civil allegations that the company promoted powerful psychiatric drugs for unapproved uses in children, seniors and disabled patients.
