Iran Hopeful About "Breakthrough" in Nuclear Talks

Iran says a proposal that it has presented during nuclear talks with the U.S. and five other world powers "has the capacity to make a breakthrough," despite skepticism surrounding the intentions of the Iran's nuclear program.

Negotiations between Iran and the U.S., Russia, China, Britain, France and Germany -- the first since the June election of reformist Iranian President Hassan Rouhani -- began Tuesday morning at the main United Nations building in Geneva.
