OBAMA ORDERED THAT BECAUSE HE HATES THAT ONE FOR HER PASSIONATE WOMANHOOD.
(Her pus wasn't cut.)
It all makes sense when you consider she had a lockbox in the car, containing foreign money (notes and coins) and her passport. Folks returning from abroad often save their leftover money as a souvenir.
My theory is, she wanted to return to that country to look for work. Maybe in that country, cops don't go around gunning down innocent persons for no reason, so she wanted to move there.
That means a trip to the consular section of that country's embassy in D.C. to ask about a work visa. If they can issue the visa on the spot, she'd need her passport. Taking the box makes at least as much sense as taking only the items she knows the bureaucrats will request.

Somebody going north on 15th Street could easily think she could turn left onto E Street. Vehicles and pedestrians probably obstructed her view of the barrier on the street, and she did not see it until too late. Somebody trying to ram through the barrier would have to hit it so hard the car would be toast and she could not have driven it away, and the front did not appear damaged on the Alhurra Television video from near the Capitol.
What would we ever do without the Secret service and the Capitol Police to protect elected officials from such dangerous threats?
