Dzhokhar Tsarnaev May Face State Charges

Accused of killing a cop in a gunfight after the Boston Marathon bombings


A Massachusetts court has issued an arrest warrant for Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev over the shooting death of an MIT police officer.

Tsarnaev, 20, remains in custody after pleading not guilty to 30 federal charges stemming from the April 15 explosions, which killed three people and injured more than 260.
