A. Barton Hinkle on a Real-World Test of Conservative Theory

Conservatives have a ready explanation whenever the GOP loses an election: The Republican candidate was too liberal. But that's not the case in Virginia, observes A. Barton Hinkle, where the GOP is currently fielding a full slate of socially conservative candidates, including gubernatorial hopeful and Tea Party favorite Ken Cuccinelli. This time, Hinkle writes, conservative theory will be put to the electoral test.
