Kenyan Authorities Say They've Got Control of Nairobi Mall, Siege Enters Fourth Days
Al Shabab militants still inside
Police called on shoppers who had abandoned their cars at Nairobi's Westgate Mall to return Tuesday to pick them up despite no clear resolution to the terrorist siege, now in its fourth day.
Even as authorities assured Kenyans that they were in full control of the building, sporadic gunfire could be heard coming from the mall where gunmen affiliated with the Somali terror group Al-Shabaab had killed at least 62 civilians and three Kenyan soldiers since storming the building Saturday, according to authorities.
